Who are we?

We are Deniz and Reyhan.

One of us is from Istanbul, the other from Izmir. Our paths crossed in France, where over time we became a family. Today, we are parents to two little girls—one is six, the other one and a half—and we’ve been living in France for nearly ten years.

When you live abroad, one of the things you miss most is the feeling of belonging.
The smell of a familiar breakfast, the way a good olive oil lingers on the palate, the tastes that remind you of your mother’s kitchen… For years, we searched for the flavors of the place we come from—the Aegean and Mediterranean table. And eventually, we realized something: these flavors don’t appear by chance. You have to know the right producers, understand the product, and choose it with care.

That’s how Adalı Gourmet was born.

For us, quality means more than just “natural.”
It means knowing exactly what we eat, trusting the ingredients, and serving them to our children with peace of mind. From olive oil to cheese, from tomato paste to jams, we select every product as if we were choosing it for our own table. We favor clean, additive-free foods with a real story behind them—products that are honest and genuinely delicious.

The Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine is not just food to us; it’s a culture, a memory.
We love the shade of olive trees, the freshness of early-harvest olive oil, and tables that are simple yet thoughtfully prepared. At Adalı, our aim is to bring the true taste and aroma of the region we belong to to tables across Europe—to turn a celebration dinner, an ordinary weekday meal, or a Sunday breakfast into a feeling of being at home.
