Comb flower honey - 400 g

Natural flower honey produced in the virgin and untouched mountains of Sfakia, in the south of Crete. Produced by bees feeding on the region's thyme-dominant wild flora, the honey is jarred with a piece of natural honeycomb.

Sfakia’s hot, arid climate and rich aromatic vegetation give the honey an intense, distinctive, and lingering flavor. The color and appearance of the honeycomb piece in each jar may vary; because this is not a factory-made product, it is shaped according to nature’s own rhythm.
Our honey comes from a local producer who has been beekeeping in the region for 40 years. The hives are moved to different areas according to the season and blooming; the bees collect nectar from the wild flora of Crete.
